How does the program work?

• Tumblebears classes are for ages 3-5. Gymnastics classes are for girls ages 5-10. 

• Choose an available class that is age-appropriate for your child and meets your scheduling needs in the application. You can enroll at any time during the season

• A credit card is required to enroll. In the application, you will be asked what you can afford to pay. Should you be accepted into the program, the tuition will be processed on the 25th of each month following our regular tuition policies

• If the card is declined or payment is not received by the 1st, your child will forfeit their spot in the program. 

• You must agree to all policies prior to your registration being finalized. 

• Anyone is eligible to apply as long as they meet the age requirements for the class offered. 

• A three-person committee will carefully review all applications and make final decisions regarding program admissions.

What if we decide to withdraw?

• You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, a written notice must be received by the 20th of the month prior to the month you wish to withdraw per our usual withdrawal policies

What if I am not accepted into the program?

• Unfortunately, there are a limited number of spaces for this program. If you are not accepted, we will place you on a wait list and add you as soon as there is a spot available. We will contact you for confirmation before enrolling your child.

• We invite our gym families to join us in making a difference by supporting our tuition assistance program. Your donation—no matter the size—helps open the door for more children to experience the joy, confidence, and community that gymnastics provides. Together, we can ensure that every child has the chance to be part of our program, grow through movement, and feel like they belong. Let’s lift each other up and make gymnastics accessible to all!
