PRESCHOOL MOVEMENT EDUCATION

This class is for children with their caregiver (18+). The caregiver must be prepared to engage in class with the student. No phones are allowed, and comfortable clothes should be worn. The instructor sets up stations and guides the caregivers and their students through the stations, however, the caregiver is responsible for the student at all times. This is a great class for 3-year-olds not ready to leave mom or dad.

TUMBLEBEARS

This class is for children 3-5 without a caregiver. The emphasis is on beginning basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, beginning handstand and cartwheel progressions, walking on low beams, grip strength for uneven bars, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Additional emphasis is placed on developing social skills.

We are offering 2 new boys classes this year. Junior boys (ages 5-8) and Boys (ages 9+). There will be two levels. Level 1 will be for boys who have never done gymnastics before.
