Mystery Leotard Crate
How it works
Click the Let's Go link above to go to the events calendar and select the date you wish to begin your subscription (March, June, September, or December 10th). Create an account and every quarter in March, June, September, and December we will send your gymnast a box full of gymnastics themed items including a GK Elite leotard! Payments are processed on the 10th of the month and boxes are shipped on the 15th. You can cancel anytime up to 5 days before payments are processed.
What's in the box?
Each box will include a GK Elite leotard valued at $30 or more, at least 3 gymnastics themed items valued at a total of $25 or more, and miscellaneous items valued at $20 or more. The total value of your box will have a retail value of $75.00 or more.
What is the cost of the Mystery Leotard Crate Subscription?
The cost is $40.00 plus tax each quarter for a total of $160 plus tax for the year. You can pay each quarter or you may pre-pay the year in advance. Payments are processed on the 10th of the month in which the crates are mailed: March, June, September, and December
How do I access my account?
When you signed up, you received an email with a portal log in and password. You can access your account through the parent portal here. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the forgot my password link to get a new one.
Will I be charged tax on my crate?
Yes, you will be charged the state tax per regulation for your state.
What if my address changes?
If you need to update your address, simply log into your portal account and update. Address changes must be made before the 10th of the month in which the crate will be shipped. If the address on your account is not the address you would like us to use, please contact us at email@example.com
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do that be emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org by the 5th of the month in which your crate will be shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, when your package is mailed, you will receive an email to the email address we have on file with the tracking number.
What if I do not receive my shipment?
Please check your tracking information to verify that it was delivered. Check all areas in which a driver may have left your package. Contact your local post office to inquire about the package. After exhausting all efforts to locate your package please contact us at email@example.com. We will replace one crate per calendar year that was delivered but not received if the report is made within 14 days of the package was reported to be delivered.
What if my crate is damaged?
If your crate is delivered damaged or if any of the contents inside are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage and shipping label (in the same picture). We will replace any damaged items within 30 days of receiving the report.
What if I want to purchase a subscription as a gift?
You may add gymnasts to your account by logging into your portal account and adding them as your "student". You can then sign them up for the Mystery Leotard Crate event on the date you wish to start their subscription.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your card is declined on the 10th you will receive an email to let you know that your payment was declined. You can then log into your portal to update your payment information and make your payment. On the 15th, we will add a $10.00 late fee to your account. If payment is made prior to the 19th (including the late fee), we will ship your crate out on the 20th. No payments will be taken after the 20th and you will forfeit your crate for that quarter.
