| Friday Night Open Gym |
| Open gyms are most every Friday from 6:00-8:00. Check here for dates when open gym will not be offered. The cost is $10.00 for each child. If your child is under the age of 5 he or she must be accompanied by an adult. There are staff members present to offer assistance but the choice of event/skill to work on is in the hands of the gymnast. It's also a perfect opportunity for the parents to have an evening out without the burden of finding a babysitter. If you are not a current member of Knightdale Gymnastics you are welcome to attend open gym. Please fill out the release form here. Bring a friend who is not currently enrolled and get a $5.00 discount. (You both stay for $15.00) There is no open gym on Friday, February 27 due to preparations for the Brittany Coppedge Gymnastics Invitational Competition to be held at Knightdale Gymnastics on Saturday, February 28 |
