About us: Knightdale Gymnastics has been in business since 1995 and offers year-round enrollment to children from 12 months-18 years. The goal is to create a lifelong love of athletics and fitness while providing opportunities in the sports of gymnastics for recreation and competition. Our newly remodeled facility is a place where children can be children.
