Fall classes run from Tuesday, September 8, 2009 through Friday, May 28, 2010.

Parent-tot (walking toddlers-3 years old)
Monday 6:00-6:30
Tuition: $38.00/month   Register for this class      
A class for walking toddlers-3 years old. The class emphasizes coordination, balance and hand-eye coordination and socialization skills. It is an interactive class where the parent participates with the child
for a safe and enjoyable way to learn basic gymnastics.



Preschool 3 (age 3)
Monday 6:00-6:45; Wednesday 6:00-6:45
Tuition: $57.00/month       Register for this class
This class is for 3 year old boys and girls. It is a beginner class teaching basic gymnastics skills in a fun, nurturing environment. The class begins with an activity song and moves on to several obstacle
course stations which include balance beams, bars, trampolines, floor exercise, hoops, bean bags and more!



Preschool 4 (age 4)
Monday 6:00-7:25; Wednesday 6:00-7:25
Tuition: $80.00/month      Register for this class
This class is for boys and girls 4 year old. The curriculum and objective is essentially the same as the preschool 3 class. However, the abilities and attention span of a 4 year old are vastly different than
those of a 3 year old. Therefore, we have created a separate class for this more mature preschooler.



Boys Stunt Mania
Wednesday 4:00-4:55
Tuition: $62.00/month      Register for this class
If you have a rambunctious boy age 5-12 then this is the class for you! The class is designed to teach boys  safety while they perform their death-defying tricks. They learn basic tumbling including
backhandsprings and beginning sequences for flips.



Kindergym (ages 5 and/or in kindergarten)
Tuesday 4:30-6:55; Wednesday 6:00-7:25
Tuition: $80.00      Register for this class
The Kindergym class is for girls in kindergarten. The curriculum is from the USA-Gymnastics handbook levels 1-10. This class begins with level 1 and is the perfect introduction to basic gymnastics
skills such as rolls, cartwheels, swings on bars, etc...



Progressive Classes
Tuition: $93.00/month    Register for this class

Level 1  
Monday 6:00-7:55(ages 6-8); Tuesday 4:00-5:55(ages 6-8); Wednesday 6:00-7:55(ages 6-8); Thursday 6:00-7:55 (ages 9+)

Level 2 (ages 6-12)
Tuesday 6:00-7:55
The progressive classes are for girls ages 6-12. The curriculum is from the USA-Gymnastics handbook. The level 1 class learns the level 1 skills and routines while the level 2 class learns the level 2 skills
and routines. You must pass the level 1 curriculum before signing up for the level 2 class. Please see an instructor at Knightdale Gymnastics before registering for this class.

Tuition $20.00/month       Register for this class
A high-energy fitness based class using balance, coordination by jumping, climbing and running on, over and under obstacles
Registration is $50.00 per gymnast or $75.00 per family.
